June Challenge

Happy June & last week of school!

XC runners are made during the summer. With that being said, I challenge you to walk/jog/run 10 5ks this month. This will get your body used to the distance that our meets will be. I’m not asking for 10 race pace 5ks- just getting your body and mind ready!

Strength training is also important to keep from getting injured.

If you just finished track please give your body a couple weeks rest! Overworking and over training leads to injuries.

There will be prizes 🙃

Team conditioning will start mid-July.
