June
18th- conditioning 7-830, Yorktown beach grassy picnic area.

25th- conditioning 7-830, Beaverdam Main Street entrance

July
9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th conditioning 7-8:30

August 4th mandatory practices start! Still morning sessions. Monday-Thursday with long runs expected on the weekends.

August 25th first day of school; beginning of afternoon practices.

September 1st- no school, no practice

September 3rd BRD kickoff meet at Windsor Castle

It’s important for you all to be following the condition schedule in June & July so you’re ready in August. Our group conditionings will count as one of your 2x a week but you have to be dedicated to run on your own as well.
