Conditioning 6/18

Good afternoon all, I am one of the seniors this year. We will be leading conditioning from 7:00-8:30AM at Yorktown beach on Wednesday, June 18th.

This is not mandatory but all who are interested in Cross Country this year are encouraged to participate. For those unable to attend please be running on your own as we draw closer to the start of the season; 20-30 minute easy runs should suffice.
