Hello,

Earlier this season I talked to the team about travelling to the University of Virginia to see the NCAA D1 Cross Country Championship, and that day is this Saturday. The women’s race (6k) will begin at 10:20 a.m. Eastern Time, followed by the men’s race (10k) at 11:10 a.m. Eastern Time. Tickets need to purchased in advance, so I need an exact number of people that want to go watch (some athletes expressed interest today). There will be no on-site parking allowed, and that means a shuttle to the race location. I will cover the $20 cost of admission from the xc team account.

We will need to leave early to make sure we get there in time to grab a shuttle and make it to the course on time- right now I’m thinking around 6-6:30am, but it depends on if we need a bus or a not.

What I need tonight is to know who all will come this Saturday. Please comment here or send me an email if you want to come. Tomorrow I will give my numbers to transportation so I can get a vehicle and purchase tickets.
