Good afternoon families!

I can’t stress how great yesterday’s meet was. The team did an AMAZING job and appeared to have a lot of fun as well. It was a great day to be a Duke. The results specific to our team can be found here: https://va.milesplit.com/meets/506091-milestatcom-xc-invitational-2023/teams/309

This week:
We have our final regular season meet on Wednesday at Gosnold Hope Park in Hampton. The plan is for separate races: girls at 4pm and boys at 4:30pm. We will have normal leave times.

This week’s training schedule is updated and can be found in “documents”.

Next Monday (the 23rd) will be our mile time trial and day the region team is announced. After that, only the region team will be at practice.

We have one final team gathering coming up on Wednesday, November 1st, in anticipation of the Region Meet on Thursday, November 2nd. This year, I’d like to bring everyone to the region meet to support the team in the quest to qualify for state.
