10/9 8:00pm Update: This post now contains the up-to-date information for Saturday. Disregard the previous post from the this weekend. I apologize for the confusion, because the last two years we were in the afternoon session and I didn’t think that was going to change this year. If any athlete has questions about race assignments, we can talk about it at practice tomorrow. My goal was to get each athlete in the race where they can be the most competitive.

This Saturday is one of the largest high school cross country meets in the United States- the Milestat.com XC Invitational. This will be a long day for the team, but with great competition and a pancake-flat course, we should be able to run some great times! Here’s the information for it:

6:30am- Whole team boards bus together FROM TC WALKER, NOT GLOUCESTER HIGH SCHOOL
8:30am- Elite Boys Race: Rylan
8:55am- Elite Girls Race: Mya
9:25am- Emerging Elite Boys Race: Aiden, Josh, Joel
9:50am- Emerging Elite Girls Race:
10:20am- JV Boys Morning Race: Jason, Reilly, Justin, Cesar, Erik, Brayden, DJ
10:50am- JV Girls Morning Race: Kayla, Zoe, Casey, Hannah, Hailee, Chelsea, Chloe, Rachel, Olivia
11:50am- Middle School Boys 4k: Lincoln, Logan

Arrive BACK AT TC WALKER, NOT GLOUCESTER HIGH SCHOOL mid-afternoon. We will update when we leave. We may stop for food in West Point on the way home.

There’s a chance of rain on Saturday, because apparently one dry Saturday this fall is too much to ask!
